We are currently investigating First National of Nebraska for its management of its employee retirement plan for possible violations of the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). We are investigating whether First National of Nebraska gave improper preference to its own affiliated products and services in the Plan, including products and services offered by its subsidiary First National Bank of Omaha.
If you are a current or former participant in the First National of Nebraska, Inc. First Savings Plan within the past six years, you may have a claim for damages.
