Nichols Kaster to Present at Strategic Solutions for Solo and Small Firms Conference

David Schlesinger and Rebekah Bailey, attorneys at Nichols Kaster, will be representing the firm of Nichols Kaster at the Strategic Solutions for Solo and Small Firms conference August 5^th-7^th at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. The attorneys will be presenting together on Tuesday August 7th, "Your Boss Did What? Employment Law 101 and the ABC's of Finding a Good Case." Additionally, on Monday August 6th Ms. Bailey will be on a panel entitled "Dealing with Difficult Opposing Counsel: A panel of experienced practitioners share insights into this challenging aspect of your practice." The panel will also feature Kevin D. Hofman and Barbara J. Runchey and will be moderated by Roy S. Ginsburg.
