On May 3, 2011, the Court granted preliminary approval of the $1.25M settlement reached in this case! All servers who have worked at Outback's Minnesota restaurants at any time since April 5, 2007 will be receiving notice of settlement in early June. The final approval hearing on this settlement is set for August 30. If final approval is granted, it is expected that servers will receive their settlement payments by early October.
