We attended a mediation session yesterday with Monro and its counsel. The case did not resolve. During the upcoming months, we will be conducting discovery regarding our off-the-clock claims and Monro’s defenses to our claims. We appreciate all of your cooperation in this case thus far, and will be contacting many of you soon regarding discovery. Although the opt-in period in this case has ended, we are getting ready to file another similar action on behalf of technicians and assistant managers against Monro in federal court in Ohio.
