Good news! On September 3, 2014 the Court granted Final Approval of the Settlement with R&R Solutions. Following a 30 day Appeal period, we expect defendant to issue settlement checks in Mid-November. Once our office receives the checks from defendant, we plan on mailing your settlement check in early December.
