Nichols Kaster, PLLP Attorney David Schlesinger to Present on Mental Health in the Legal Workplace

On Wednesday, October 15, 2014, David Schlesinger will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Reducing the Stigma – Mental Health and the Legal Workplace.” This program, which will be webcast, is part of Minnesota CLE’s Employment Law Series. David will discuss the rights of employees facing mental health issues, including issues related to the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and related state laws.
