We were scheduled to go to mediation on April 2, 2015 to attempt to settle this case. Unfortunately, Follies decided to postpone mediation at the last minute. After further discussions over the last few weeks, we now understand that the club is not interested in mediating at this time. This is unfortunate, but we are prepared to continue our prosecution of these claims in court or in arbitration. At present, we are requesting the Court reopen the district court case so we can press forward.
