Hilltop Companies Update – Mediation Scheduled for March 16

Representatives from both Hilltop and Promontory have agreed to sit down with us for formal mediation as we attempt to negotiate a settlement to the litigation. We have decided on a mediator who will broker the discussion, and the mediation will take place on March 26, 2015 in Washington D.C. A central topic in the mediation will be determining the level of responsibility assigned to Promontory and Hilltop and allocating how they will split the subsequent costs of settlement. While there is no guarantee that we will be able to reach a settlement in March, we view this as a great opportunity.
