Nichols Kaster, PLLP, a firm focused on employee and consumer rights, is pleased to announce that attorneys David E. Schlesinger and Tim C. Selander have been added as partners. Tim represents employees in class and collective action wage and hour matters.
In addition, John Albanese, Lucas Kaster and Nick Thompson are now associates. John handles consumer class actions with a focus on violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Lucas is focused on representing individual employees in a wide range of employment-related matters and Nick represents railroad employees in retaliation cases under the Federal Railway Safety Act.
