A bench trial before Honorable Judge Sam Sparks was held in this case from Feb. 2 -4, 2015. We and Centene’s lawyers submitted “Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law” to Judge Sparks on Monday, February 9, 2015. Since then, we have not received any word from Judge Sparks regarding his decision on any of the trial issues. We will provide an update as soon as we receive any news.
