We have great news! On July 8, 2016, the Court approved our motion for conditional certification. This allows us to send notice of the lawsuit to other Patient Care Consultants and provide them with an opportunity to join the lawsuit. Soon, a court-approved notice will be mailed to all current and former Consultants who worked for Body Contour Centers, LLC d/b/a Sono Bello at any time since February 10, 2013. These individuals will have 60 days to return a signed Plaintiff Consent Form to join the case.
