Reena Desai and Jason Hungerford will be presenting at the National Employment Lawyers Association Fall Conference entitled Summary Judgment: The Bad, The Ugly . . . And The Good! on October 14 in Cincinnati. Their presentation, “To Move or Not to Move: That is the Question,” will explore the various considerations in moving for summary judgment from the plaintiff’s perspective, either on a prima facie case or affirmative defense, in different types of employment cases.
