The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers Announces Paul J. Lukas Inducted as Fellow

The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers announced the election of Paul J. Lukas of Nichols Kaster, PLLP as a new Fellow. Election as a Fellow is the highest recognition by ones colleagues of sustained outstanding performance in the profession, exemplifying integrity, dedication and excellence.

The College was established in 1995 through an initiative of the Council of The Section of Labor and Employment Law of the American Bar Association. It operates as a free standing organization recognizing those who, by long and outstanding service, have distinguished themselves as leaders in the field.

With over 29 years of experience, Paul is currently co-leader of the Nichols Kaster, PLLP’s ERISA Class Action Litigation Team, serving as counsel of record in several of the firm's class action cases.  Paul has taken over 50 cases to trial, which played a key role in his induction as a fellow to the College.
