Nichols Kaster, PLLP partners have been selected to present at the ABA’s 16th Annual Labor & Employment Law Conference in Washington, DC, November 9-12. Reena Desai is presenting on “Tracking Time: Recordkeeping Under the FLSA,” Michele Fisher on “Practical Tips for Participating in a Wage and Hour Investigation,” and Rachhana Srey on “FLSA Case Law Round Up.” Desai, Fisher, and Srey are partners in the firm’s Wage Theft class/collective action group. Fisher is also the Co-Chair Emerita of the conference planning committee.
