Formed in 2018, Nichols Kaster’s Civil Rights and Impact Litigation Group takes on large-scale injustices that threaten protected groups and our country’s most vulnerable populations. We focus on cases involving discrimination, fraud, and other unfair business practices in employment, government and private contracts, insurance, healthcare, housing, schools, prisons, and the environment. We are proud to expand our civil rights litigation into these areas and continue the fight for justice. The group is led by Partners Matt Morgan, Anna Prakash, Rebekah Bailey, and Robert Schug, and includes Case Development Attorney Kate Fisher, Associate Charlie Delbridge, Staff Attorney Laura Baures, Paralegal Kristine Nelson, and Case Development Clerk Tessa Asong-Morfaw.
