Brandon T. McDonough



As a member of the firm’s 401(k) litigation team, Brandon works to protect employees’ hard-earned retirement savings.  Focusing on class actions, Brandon represents current and former employees whose retirement accounts have been shortchanged due to excessive fees, imprudent investments, employer self-dealing, and general mismanagement.

Prior to joining Nichols Kaster, Brandon founded a practice dedicated to enforcing privacy, consumer protection, and civil rights laws. Through class and individual litigation, Brandon’s practice brought attention to important regulations with low compliance rates and obtained positive outcomes for many individuals facing long odds.
