Charlie is a member of the firm’s employee rights practice group. He has substantial experience representing employees in both class actions and individual cases. Charlie is passionate about vindicating the rights of employees to be free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He has a particular interest in prosecuting disability discrimination cases, and he played an important role in successfully certifying a case that has been described as “one of the largest American with Disabilities Act class actions in history."
