Chloe A. Raimey


Chloe A. Raimey belongs to Nichols Kaster’s Civil Rights and Impact practice group. Chloe fights against discrimination and other unfair acts through litigating class, collective, or joint actions in the areas of employment, consumer protection, government fraud, and more.

Chloe represents employees and consumers in complex matters arising under federal and state laws. She previously gained class action litigation experience in Nichols Kaster’s ERISA litigation team where she represented employees whose retirement accounts had been shortchanged due to excessive fees, imprudent investments, employer self-dealing, and general mismanagement.

Prior to joining the firm, Chloe clerked for Justice Anne McKeig on the Minnesota Supreme Court. During law school, she served as the editor-in-chief of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal, worked as a litigation law clerk for the League of Minnesota Cities, interned with the Advocates for Human Rights in their women’s rights division, and represented consumers in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings through the University of St. Thomas Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic. Before attending law school, Chloe worked as a communications specialist with a focus on human resources topics.
