We are awaiting a ruling in a similar case we are pursuing against Domino’s Pizza on behalf of delivery drivers. This ruling will affect the next step in your case and therefore the Court has administratively stayed the case against Sky Ventures, pending the result of the Domino’s ruling. This simply means that your case is paused until there is ruling in the Domino’s case. Your case against Sky Ventures will resume once this ruling occurs. This ruling will not occur until the fall of 2012 at the very earliest. Your claim will not be adversely affected by this delay in the case. We will keep you updated as to the result of the Domino’s ruling and the status of your case.
