As you may know, we reached a tentative settlement with Defendants late last year. As a result, we mailed a Notice of Settlement on January 28, 2013 to those who have already signed up for the case. These current and former technicians have until Wednesday, February 27, 2013 to respond to the Notice of Settlement.
