In March 2013, we filed a Complaint on behalf of Home Loan Advisors and Account Executives against RBS Citizens, N.A. These Home Loan Advisors and Account Executives seek overtime compensation under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and state law. The resolution of the matter is pending court approval.
