We are pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative settlement in our lawsuit against Ideal Image. We are currently finalizing the terms of the settlement. After the terms are finalized, we will be mailing out a notice of settlement to all who filed a consent form and joined this case. This notice will explain the terms of the settlement and include a claim form that clients must send back to our office if they wish to be a part of the settlement.
