On October 21, 2015, Centene filed its appeal to the District Court’s decisions. We responded on December 8, 2015, and briefing was completed mid-January. We are now waiting for the Court of Appeals to issue an oral argument date. We are hoping that an oral argument is scheduled for this spring as opposed to summer, but it is up to the Court to decide.
