Court Approves Conditional Certification and Judicial Notice
On April 27, 2016, the Court approved our motion for conditional certification. This allows us to send notice of the lawsuit to other LDP Trainees and Graduates and provide them with an opportunity to join the lawsuit. On May 16, 2016, a court-approved notice was mailed to all current and former LDP Trainee and Graduates who worked for BB&T at any time since January 1, 2013. These individuals will have 60 days to return a signed Plaintiff Consent Form to join the case.
