Nichols Kaster partner, Michele Fisher, will be presenting at the Practicing Law Insitute's Wage & Hour Litigation and Compliance conference in New York City on February 13th. Her presentation will be on "Test Your Wage & Hour IQ: Compliant or Non-Compliant?" Michele is the co-chair of that conference.
Michele will also co-chair a conference in Nassau, Bahamas on February 21-23, for the American Bar Association's Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee.
