Rebekah Bailey will serve as a dialogue leader at the Sedona Conference Working Group 1’s 2019 Midyear Meeting in Charlotte, North Carolina on Thursday. During the breakout, entitled “Crafting eDiscovery Requests with Specificity,” the group will explore whether Sedona should issue further guidance on Rule 34(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
