Patricia C. Dana


As a member of the firm’s ERISA litigation team, Patty works to protect employees’ hard-earned retirement savings. Focusing on class actions, Patty represents current and former employees whose retirement accounts have been shortchanged due to excessive fees, imprudent investments, employer self-dealing, and general mismanagement.

Prior to joining the firm, Patty clerked for Justice Anne McKeig on the Minnesota Supreme Court. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and received the Judge Earl R. Larson Award for excellence in the study of federal law and practice. During law school, she served as a member of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. Patty gained additional experience clerking for Judge Michael Browne in Hennepin County District Court, interning at Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, and working at a top Minneapolis law firm. Prior to law school, Patty represented Medicare and Medicaid recipients in administrative appeals at The Legal Aid Society in New York.
