Nichols Kaster Partners E. Michelle Drake and Matthew Morgan Tape Training Videos for Minnesota CLE New Lawyers Website

On August 20 and 27, 2012 Michelle Drake and Matthew Morgan taped videos that will be featured on the Minnesota Continuing Legal Education website for new lawyers. Morgan's videos cover topics relating to whistleblower law, age discrimination and employees' right to commission-based payments upon termination. Drake's videos cover issues relating to employer use of background checks, employer arbitration provisions and options for homeowners in default on their mortgages. The video segments are intended to help train new lawyers by providing a brief overview of common legal issues. The videos will be posted in the video library on the Minnesota CLE homepage for new lawyers, http://www.mnnewlawyer.org/index.aspx.
