We are pleased to report that on December 12, 2012, the Court entered an Order conditionally certifying this case as a collective action and authorized us to send notice of this lawsuit to former employees of MMC Group, LP, C.D. Mitchell & Co., and Mir Mitchell & Co (collectively, “Defendants”). On December 20, 2012, we mailed notice to all individuals currently or formerly employed by MMC Group, LP, C.D. Mitchell & Co., or Mir Mitchell & Co., to work on projects supporting the FDIC with bank closings, receivership assistance, and other related services, and who were paid an hourly rate and “straight time” for overtime hours at any time between December 20, 2009, and the present. The court-approved Notice describes the case and provides instructions on how to join the lawsuit. The court-ordered deadline to join this case is February 18, 2013.
