As you may know, the settlement approval hearing was held on Monday, May 14, 2012. The settlement was approved, but the Judge wants more information from us regarding our fees and costs. We expect to distribute the first installment of the settlement checks to participating plaintiffs and class members within the next two weeks. We will keep you updated as events unfold.
