Parties Continue to Wait for Ruling on Post-Trial Motions

The post-trial process is still ongoing for this case, as all parties continue to wait for Judge Fowlkes to rule on FTS’s post-trial motions and our responses. This is a lengthy process that could last several more months. Should Judge Fowlkes rule against FTS and Unitek, their lawyers may escalate their appeal to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Unfortunately, this appellate process would extend the post-trial process even further. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
