Last year, FTS filed a notice of appeal, stating that it was appealing the jury verdict in this case and various post-trial rulings, including the entry of judgment with damages and award of attorneys’ fees. The appeal was expected to be briefed last fall; however, FTS and its parent company Unitek filed for bankruptcy in November. The bankruptcy is now over, and the appeal will continue. We expect that briefing will conclude this spring.
