While it has been a slow process, we are close to having all the data and information we need from the company to do a calculation of overtime pay we believe is due to couriers. Once we do that, we will see if we can reach a resolution with HealthEx. If not, we will proceed to trying to resolve the claims in arbitration for our clients.
