We are currently in the part of the litigation called “discovery.” During this phase of the case, we will be taking depositions of the company’s representatives and witnesses and asking them to provide us with documents that are relevant to our claims and their defenses. We recently took the deposition of Defendant’s corporate representative, Eric Atchley late June. We intend on taking additional depositions in the upcoming months.
