Unitek USA and FTS USA Hit With Overtime Lawsuit by Cable Technicians Represented by Nichols Kaster

Two more cable companies have been sued this month for wage and hour violations. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. The case is brought by current employees who work as technicians for FTS USA and its parent Unitek USA. Both companies have their corporate headquarters in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, providing installation and service to the cable television industry. The plaintiffs allege that they were unlawfully denied overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
