Plaintiffs Moving for Class Certification and Summary Judgment

On April 12, Plaintiff will be moving for class certification and summary judgment on the issue of whether Defendant’s tip pool was illegal under Minnesota law.  The hearing on these issues, as well as Defendant’s motion for summary judgment, will be on May 24, 2013.
