Nichols Kaster Files Overtime Case Against ISGN Solutions, Inc. on Behalf of Mortgage Underwriters

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) On February 5, 2013, a former employee of ISGN Solutions, Inc. (“ISGN”), filed suit in Illinois federal court on behalf of herself and all other similarly situated current and former employees seeking unpaid overtime wages and liquidated damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”). The plaintiff is a former mortgage underwriter and alleges that ISGN misclassified her and other mortgage underwriters as exempt from the overtime requirements of the FLSA and, as such, did not pay them the overtime they were entitled to receive.

Curtis P. Zaun, who represents the plaintiff, stated, “My client simply seeks to recover, for herself and for other mortgage underwriters, the compensation they are entitled to under the law.” The case against ISGN is entitled Omoruyi v. ISGN Solutions, Inc., case number 13-cv-00944, and is filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

The plaintiff is represented by Curtis P. Zaun and Matthew Helland from Nichols Kaster, PLLP, which has offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and San Francisco, California. Additional information is available by contacting Nichols Kaster toll-free at (877) 344-4628.
