On January 2, 2013, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York issued an Order allowing Plaintiffs to proceed with all of their claims against Citibank, CitiMortgage, MidFirst Bank, and FirstInsure relating to excessive flood insurance requirements and improper force-placed insurance practices. The Court issued its ruling in response to a motion to dismiss filed by Defendants.
