Deadline to Re-File is Approaching!

In late 2012, we agreed with Defendant to break the nationwide case up into smaller cases consisting of Loan Officers who worked for Prospect in the same geographic area.  This process, called “decertification,” was recently approved by the Court. Any Loan Officer who joined the nationwide case and wants to move forward with their claim against Prospect in one of the new, smaller cases, must contact our case clerk, Zach Waldon, by email at zwaldon@nka.com or call toll free at (877) 344-4628 by March 25, 2013 to decide whether to move forward with their claim against Prospect.
