Good news! The Court approved our motion for settlement on June 2nd. Pursuant to the court’s order, notice of settlement containing a release form and W-9 was mailed to our clients on June 17th. To be included in the settlement, clients must fill out and return their release form and W-9 to our firm by August 1st. We recommend using the return envelope enclosed with the notice to mail these documents back to us.
