Steven Andrew Smith was honored as the recipient of the 2014 Karla Wahl Dedicated Advocacy Award by the Minnesota Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. The Karla Wahl Dedicated Advocacy Award was established in 2000 to honor the memory of Karla Wahl. The recipient is chosen “for their ceaseless and courageous efforts” to protect and advance the rights of Minnesota employees. Steve is now one of three Nichols Kaster attorneys to have received the award, along with Don Nichols and Jim Kaster.
