Monro Muffler (Ellersick) – Service Stores Update

Last summer, we filed a motion asking the Judge to rule in our favor that technicians are not exempt, meaning that they are eligible to receive overtime pay when they worked unrecorded overtime hours. Monro also filed a motion to “decertify” the collective action. We are still waiting for the Judge to rule on the motions. Once we hear from the Court, we will send an update to all the plaintiffs in the case.
