The Court has approved the parties’ stipulation for conditional certification, which allowed us to send a Notice of the Lawsuit to all current and former loan processors, providing them with an opportunity to join the case. The deadline to join is May 2nd, 2016. The parties have scheduled a mediation on June 2, 2016 to try to resolve the claims of individuals who join the case.
