We have great news! The Court has approved of this case proceeding as a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act. As a result, BB&T has been ordered to produce a list of all eligible employees, with their name and contact information, to Nichols Kaster, PLLP. Soon after that list is received we will be sending notice of this lawsuit to those employees. The notice will explain the claims in this case as well as the requirements for participating in it.
