Nichols Kaster, PLLP Partners to Speak at Annual ABA Labor & Employment Law Conference

Partners Michele Fisher and Matt Morgan are presenting at the American Bar Association Labor & Employment Law conference, which is taking place November 9-12 in Chicago, Illinois.  Michele will present as a moderator and panelist on Litigating/Arbitrating Collective and Class Action Wage and Hour Cases.  Matt will speak on Taking and Defending 30(b)(6) Depositions.  Over 1,000 employment law attorneys from across the country attend this annual conference.
