Direct Home Health Care, Inc. – Overtime Lawsuit - Update March 29, 2017

On March 10, 2017, we won our motion requesting to send notice of this action to those who have not already signed up.  On March 20, 2017 we mailed official notice of the lawsuit to current and former home health care workers who worked for Direct Home Health Care any time since January 1, 2015.  Current and former home health care workers who have not already signed up now have until May 19, 2017 to join the case.  If you know anyone interested in joining, please remind them of this deadline.
