All HomeCaring/At Home With Care – Overtime Lawsuit - Update November 3, 2017

On July 7, 2017, we reached a settlement that will be offered to current and former home health care workers who worked for All HomeCaring and At Home With Care from January 1, 2015 through July 7, 2017. The Court is reviewing the settlement for approval. Once the settlement is approved, we will distribute settlement checks to the last-known addresses of those who are eligible. Those wishing to join the settlement will simply have to cash their checks. We anticipate checks being mails sometime early next year, but it will ultimately depend on how quickly the Court issues its order.
