Dietz & Watson, Inc. – Overtime Lawsuit - Update June 7, 2018

On May 17, 2018, we won our motion requesting to send notice of this action to those who have not already signed up.  On June 5, 2018 we mailed official notice of the lawsuit to current and former sales merchandisers who worked for Dietz & Watson any time since June 5, 2015.  Current and former sales merchandisers who have not already signed up now have until August 4, 2018 to join the case.  If you know anyone interested in joining, please remind them of this deadline.
