Nichols Kaster Wage and Hour Partners to Present at NELA Spring Seminar

On April 12 and 13, the National Employment Lawyers Association will hold a wage and hour seminar entitled Epic Advocacy: Protecting Wage in Litigation & Arbitration, in Denver, Colorado. Nichols Kaster partner Rachhana Srey is co-chairing the seminar and has led the committee responsible for the seminar’s programming.  Other partners on Nichols Kaster’s Wage and Hour team will present at the conference. Michele Fisher’s panel will include a dialog with arbitration administrators about challenges plaintiff attorneys face in arbitration.  Matt Helland will speak on effectively managing, litigating, and trying individual arbitrations. Reena Desai’s panel will cover electronic discovery issues for wage & hour lawyers.
