Nichols Kaster Partner Moderating a Judicial Panel on Efficient Discovery

Nichols Kaster Partner Rebekah Bailey is moderating a panel of Magistrate Judges from the District of Minnesota at the Minnesota-CLE Quick-draw Litigation Seminar on February 1, 2019.  The panel, titled A Practical Guide to Early Discovery, will explore strategies for managing efficient and effective discovery.  The Magistrates will provide their insight into what tactics work to successfully curb unnecessary discovery disputes and to allow the parties to reach the finish line quickly.  Rebekah is a member of the Firm’s Civil Rights and Impact Litigation group.  She primarily handles complex class and collective actions, and leads the Firm’s e-discovery committee, which assists the Firm in tackling complex discovery matters.
